Founders
Allamyrat Tüýliýew
Co-founder, Strategy & Technology
Allamyrat Tüýliýew is co-founder of Turkmen.biz and leads the platform's strategy and technology. Born and raised in Turkmenistan, he now lives in Dallas, Texas with his family. A Security Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and managing secure infrastructure across financial services, retail, and education — he is currently Security Engineer IV at Signet Jewelers, where he runs the vulnerability management programme and security operations work. He is also founder and principal consultant at Garagol Consulting & Solutions, a security-forward dev studio that has delivered 15+ projects across six industries. He holds an MS in Cyber Intelligence from the University of Dallas and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas, and is a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA). He launched Turkmen.biz with Aýna after seeing a real gap in how the Turkmen entrepreneurial community connects, learns, and grows.
Aýna Pirkulyýewa
Co-founder, Brand & Community
Aýna Pirkulyýewa is co-founder of Turkmen.biz and leads brand and community. She brings a unique blend of experience with a background spanning sales, communications, design, and social impact. Throughout her career she's supported dozens of organisations globally with sales strategy, execution, and operations — from solopreneurs to multinational billion-dollar companies. Born and raised in Turkmenistan, Aýna currently lives in Czechia, where she is a co-founder of Matchstick, a lead generation agency specialising in purpose-driven organizations. Her passion for entrepreneurship and sales, along with her drive to create positive impact and support people from her country, led her to co-founding Turkmen.biz. Beyond work, she is a runner and avid traveller always looking for new ways to live fully and help others do the same.
Why we built this
Turkmen people across the world build businesses, create, and offer services. But finding each other and building real connections has been hard. Turkmen.biz exists to close that gap: one language, one network, one community.
This platform is non-commercial. We don't work for profit — we work for our community. At the end of the year, any surplus flows back into the community as scholarships, micro-grants, and programmes.
What's next
We're in the early days in 2026. In Q2 we kicked off a private alpha with 100+ founding members — Turkmen entrepreneurs at home and abroad.
In Q3 the first cohort of the mentorship programme opens. In Q4 a regular webinar schedule begins and the platform opens publicly with 1,000+ members. Longer term — a scholarships and micro-grants fund.
